‘The Baby-Sitters Club’ Is Back

In fifth grade there were two series I read obsessively: Sweet Valley Twins and The Baby-Sitters Club. At the beginning of every month I would scour the local book store looking for the latest book in each series and devour them in an hour or two. They eventually stopped publishing both sets of stories, but Ann M. Martin’s The Baby-Sitters Club is making a digital comeback.

On December 1st, the first 20 books in The Baby-Sitters Club series will be available as ebooks with the original covers from the 80’s. Scholastic is also using The Baby-Sitters Club Facebook page to release exclusive new content and regular updates, like announcements, trivia, pictures, and videos. If the ebooks and Facebook page aren’t enough for you, a Facebook app lets you preview ebooks, take quizzes, answer in polls, and check out pictures and other types of memorabilia.
