The fat didn’t melt away this week, but it didn’t expand either. I stayed the same. It’s preferable to gaining weight, of course, but I can’t help being a little disappointed at staying the same.
Why the lack of a loss? I’m not sure. I snacked more this week, so I’m sure that played a part in it. But, I also tracked it all and was within my points (including the Activity Points). One of the dinners I made (which became a few lunches) wasn’t light on points either, but, again, I tracked it. I guess this week I will have to be extra vigilant in my tracking. Otherwise, I’m going to have to make some changes…
On a positive note, since I have not gained I have still lost 10 pounds within the first two months and get my first two months paid for by Weight Watchers! Yay for getting paid to get healthy!
