I have fallen away from practicing yoga, but am getting back into it with Namaste Yoga. What used to be a series of DVDs is now shown on the channel Z Living from 6-10am every day.
Each episode is only about 20 minutes long, so it is perfect for getting me back into the practice. Each episode focuses on a different pose or type of poses. One episode may be comprised of twisting poses, while the next will focus on, let’s say, the dove pose. And, since they are only 20 minutes, it is hard to talk myself out of skipping it, which is something I’m pretty accomplished at doing.
So far I’ve only been doing yoga a couple of times per week for about a month, but I can already see the results and poses that were more difficult for me than I remember as easier now.
If you are looking for something quick and with a lot of variety, Namaste Yoga is for you.
